I've had a few Model As apart and never seen those parts. Could be Model T.

I think they are for a cabriolet

Those are for a 68B (maybe 68a, too) cabriolet. Hold the top down to the header.

I agree with Jason. I have a similar set for my 68A Cabriolet. They attach to the wooden header for the top and receive the pins which are part of the frame over the windshield. The two wing screws secure the parts to the pins. Gar Williams
