Looking for Grandpa's 34' Coupe

I'm looking for a car my grandfather owned in the 70's and 80's in South Gate, California. It was a 3-window Coupe painted tan with red wheels. (I've included a photo of the car from 1972. Looks like the license plate reads FCH 745. My grandpa, Elmer Tolman, died in the mid 90's and his widow (fourth wife) sold it who knows where. I just hope no one has rodded it out... Any knowledge on the whereabouts please PM me. Thanks... Ed Tolman

Be sure to also inquire at the local chapter of The Early Ford V8 Club, and maybe every chapter within 100 miles. Maybe post a photo on the club's web site, earlyfordv8.org.

Edgar44 could also get copies of the Club Directory and look up all the 1934 Three-window Coupes and see if he could track it down that way too. Good Luck Edgar.

Contact Bob Kennedy in Whittier. He has had many '33's and '34's and everybody in the hobby knows him around Southern California. He's listed in the V8 Club Roster of Members book. See what he has to say.
