Looking for five-wire turn signal wiring diagram

[Detonator]

I've got a car in the shop with a 59 - 62 column. Actually the switch is a six wire, two of 'em appear to be the same color: Red, Yellow, White, Light Blue and two Light Green wires. Anyone have a wiring diagram for this switch? Thanks.
