Looking for B.W. OD Coupler

I am looking for a coupler that was used to adapt (some) Borg Warner R10 overdrives to a Model A. It is 16 spline female on one end that fits to OD output shaft a 6 Splines female to attach the pinion stub shaft (like a V8 driveline). I know there are some out there I just have to find one.

Possibly I’m missing something but unfortunately I don’t see what I need there.

It isn't mentioned on the site but I gather all that is for a T5 conversion. It has nothing to do with a BW set up.
