Looking for a running engine

Hi there, I have a 31' and need an engine rebuild but looking for a running engine instead in the western washington area.
 
I just brought a 1930 engine and ****** for $100. Good compression and all four plugs look the same. The transmission is very nice.
How this came about is because some hot-rodder yanked the power train out of a running A and gave it away and it was sold to me.....Only thing missing is the carb.
That's where I would go, hook up with them.
