Hi everyone!

I have my 50 F-1 pickup and i repaired my firewall insulator by fiberglassing the bad spots and covering the whole thing in several layers of glass and resin. It took me a solid week of coating and sanding to get it to come out nice. It looks just like the repo ones in the catalogs that go for $175.00 and up, but cost me about a third to make.
Anyway, I need a closeup detail of where it goes around the accelerator bellows on the floor. It rubs now on the shaft of the bell crank assy. Any pics of this area would be n ice and greatly appreciated!

Barry, Can you get a little die grinder in there to remove some material for clearance? Ken

I can do that, but want to see how the accelerator boot fits also. Shop manual and parts catalog are vague.
