Looking for a mechanic

Jay I think everyone on this site is going to urge you to try to fix your problem yourself before hiring a mechanic STate exactly what your model a is doing and your going to receive lots of replies. There is nothing as rewarding as solving a problem yourself. If all else fails then hire a mechanic remember you need two things to keep running. Gas and spark. State what is going on and heed the advice you'll get here for free. You can do it. Good luck. Frank

Anyone near Fort Wayne Indiana that can help diagnose and fix my '29 pickup dying engine problem?

Get in touch with the nearest Model A Club, I'm sure there is such a mechanic, you just need to find the right person who knows who he/she is.

We need all the facts, except whether or not you run whitewall tires.

When does it die? Hot, cold, after 1 mile, only when climbing hills, etc.
