Looking for a little value input 1925 coupe

7K isn't bad if it is a get in a drive type of car. If it needs to have any major work on it, I would shoot much lower. Coils are a minor problem and can easily fixed by any competent rebuilder such as myself. Where are you located? I would find a good T guy near you and have him look it over with you. Pictures would be helpful.

In considering the car the main thing I would look at is the wood. Any degree of rot can lead to huge problems fairly quickly. A long pin like an old time hat pin is a good tool to find soft spots without doing any great damage.

If there is trouble with the wood it should decrease the value greatly.

The attached diagram shows the wood in a 25 coupe.
