looking for a good working distributor

I'm looking for a good working distributor. I have bought a couple that guys say work great and have been junk and not work good so please have a good working one. Thanks
 
What has been the problem? Why not build one yourself? They are really easy to do. The primary things that need done or replaced are new bushings, new shaft, new points, new condensor, new rotor, new cap and new cam. Disassemble complete and blast or wire brush housing and paint. Then procede to assemble. I think all of the Model A parts suppliers carry the parts needed and then you know you've got a good one for a long time. Good luck.
