Looking for a door latch for a 1942 wagon

The door latch in my 1942 wagon has failed. There is a pin that holds the bolt in place, and it sheared off at the base. It was repaired but failed after 2 years. Any advice on where to find a replacement would be very much appreciated. I can't find any full mechanisms in the large catalogues, just the springs and striker plates.

Thanks in advance,
Don

Not reproduced. You don say which one you need as there are 4 doors.Try Southside obsolete in MN or All Ford in Campbell,CA.

I have seen them on eBay---- I got some rare open car 36 ones , took some searching, and you need to know what they look like

It is the right front door. Thanks for the advice. I will check Southside and All Ford. Nothing on Ebay right now, but I will keep my fingers crossed.
Thanks again!

don, you might try Jeff Yeagel, mryeagle@gmail.com. Jeff has an assortment of Woodie parts. I have had my locks apart to replace a spring and yours might be repairable. as Kurt mentions that they sometimes are available on E-Bay but they are fairly rare.
