I have one disassembled with a bad block and only 1 head, no intake or carb. Not much of an engine really at that point, but if you were looking for parts the rest is good and I'm not too far away.
Rebuild your '41.
Chances are when you buy a 24 stud 81A block it may turn out to be a '38 with the smaller crankshaft.
Your '41 will be just fine.
If it's a Ford ( 19A ) it is the same as a '39 - if it's a '41 merc ( 29A ) even better.
