Hi,
brother and I are looking for a set of larger commercial lights for our project, 12 volt conversion/converted would be nice, desent shape ok, repop's work. thanks for the help

Dave,

I can't understand what you are looking for. The '30-'31 lights used on the commercial vehicles were the same size as those used on the passenger cars. Maybe you are thinking of the '32 lights?

Charlir, you must be right, they are the larger aprox 10" size..called commercal ?, came on trucks? 32 must likely is correct.. thanks

The Model A used the same size lights (approx 9 inch dia) for passenger as well as commercial. The '32 also used the same size lights (approx 10 inch diameter) for passenger as well as commercial. In both cases the passenger car bucket was stainless steel and the commercial buckets were painted black. The ring around the lens was stainless in both cases. The shape of the bucket was less hemispherical for the '32 and there was no provision (hole) to adjust the location of the headlight bulb. The Model A used a flat lens and the '32 curved outward. Sounds like you are looking for a set of '32 lights? Do you want stainless (passenger) or black (commercial)?
