Look at this radiator!

Mike,

I asked this seller to send me close-up photos of the radiator. It's an original core and is in very good condition. The ******** the passenger side has come loose and a few of the fins on that side have been bent. But, none of the tubes were damaged on that side. The close-up photos revealed that the core was indeed original, as indicated by the single dip in the fins between the tubes on the front side of the core. However, there were a number of fins on the front side that were damaged that made me decide to not pursue the radiator.
Now that you posted about this radiator on e-bay, I wish I had kept the photos. Once I decided not to pursue it, I deleted the close-ups. Oh well.

If that's an original core, with the dimples... it looks like a very good candidate to restore.
The fins are straighter than most & haven't met the fan.
No obvious farmer repairs or pinched off tubes.
The heavy bottom strap appears straight & intact.
Looks like a rag in the bottom to keep out mice?
The side strap's a real easy solder job.
The part which Really matters....can't be seen without pulling a tank.
**PS OOPS...Sorry Dave for mirroring some of your comments. I was typing while you had already posted.
