Longer '40 Battery Cable?

Hey all, does anywhere sell a correct longer 1940 Ford negative battery cable for a proper terminal 5v battery so the cable goes around the hot air tubes to the solenoid? I realized the one I have from CWMoss (their only 1940 neg battery cable) is too short.

This sort one probably works for a 12v battery, one without the hot air system, or the modern 5v batteries with the reverse terminals.

And an update on the 3D printed battery case coming soon! It's very close to being done!

IMO, can't do better than this. any gauge, any color, any length, any terminals. i bought the #00 size. worked a wonder on my 6v '41 ford.

the selectable options are on the page. the pic is just one of any number of cables you can buy.

i guess if the need is for one like the originals, then this is probably no for you. :(
That link doesn't have the cables with the terminal clamp on one side, but after looking I found the same company also has a similar thing where you can pick the terminal clamp size and length. I'd prefer one with a woven loom on it, but of needed I can go this modern route is there no other options.

I think the biggest issue is trying to figure out the length it should be. The standard is 13 and 1/4 inches according to Kube's book, and that's the size of the standard negative cable for sale everywhere. But it's too short for the deluxe with the hot air tubes.

My '40 is in parts right now, so I can't measure the distance it needs to be.

The same cable was utilized regardless of whether or not there was a heater. There's a different issue going on here. Photos may help us help you.
