Hey guys I need a little help for the locking bolts correct orientation, I hear that's front axle can be used on both sides and the hole where's fit the locking bolt may be have a conical shape, and for this reason I think is not possible turn the axle on both sides because the locking bolt only would stay in one position to the front or the rear, or perhaps the hole haven't a conical shape

I believe the hole is the same diameter all the way through. The locking pin has two tapered cuts with a center ridge. This locks the king pin in place at the correct angle.

The hole is consistent, and the bolt tapers, as Ned says. Install the the bolt with the nuts to the rear; they act as a stops for the spindles.
