Lincoln or Merc Motor?

I acquired a old motor this weekend and I don't know what it is, a Merc or a Lincoln. Help me! I am a very novice at these things. V-8, 2 barrel, block numbers are EAM6015A(on top and on the pass side). Intake # are EAM 8425A(or could be EAM9425A), exhaust # are EAM 9430-D, Head # are 5AM60680 on inside valve covers also the is a 40E on the heads and a 8A. What do I have? Came out of a 51 F-8 that someone had put in there. Oil bath air cleaner and motor is all complete. If you can help me please do. Thanks Scott

If the intake runners are stacked one above the other it's a Ford/Merc y-block. The runners on the Lincoln y-block are side by side in the conventional manner.

Looks like it's a Lincoln-style Y-block, 317 CID. See reference to it here:

It's a '54 317 cu. in. Lincoln engine.
