lights on

Finished up installing turn signals on 31 tudor sedan y/day. I'm using 2 orig ford foglights on the front and 2 thru the bumper lights in the rear. All wires routed thru orig stule loom to a bussbar mounted to left cowl w/magnets, fused, behind left kick panel, then up to controller (Everlasting). I had a problem getting light on controller to flash when signals on, sprayed internal contacts with contact cleaner, works OK. The problem is the two rear lights are on ALL the time, when signal is activated they blink correctly but remain on. I assume (I know) that something in the controller (4 way flasher) is messed up. Any thoughts? Replace controller?, which is what I'm leaning towards. Thanks in advance.

Which controller are you using?
There are analysis grid matrices worked up for the Signal Stats and their knock-off reproductions.

I don't know if this is what you need.
I had it in my PC and it's listed as "Everlasting"
Green to the right front signal
Yellow to the left front
Brown to the right rear
Orange to left rear
Red to the stop switch
Black & Blue to the Flasher

Bob A. Thanks, I have wiring diagram and it's wired correct, my thoughts are that it's in the controller internally, have had it apart and looks ok, probably will get another one. Thanks

"Red to the stop switch"

Is this wire connected to the input (voltage) post or the ouput post on the stop light switch? If yes, I could see how the left and right lights would be on continuosly with the turn indicator OFF.

'Spose "Lights On" is a good thread to tout my efforts last Saturday. I installed the Logo Lites I got for my birthday back in March. (Circle stuff you want in the catelogs and then leave 'em open. Good wives pick up this kind of signal!). The installation was very quick and the box had all the pieces and parts. Mike's even ground down an itsy bitsy advertising screw driver to fit the itsy bitsy screws in the logic box. No hunting for tools -- my kind of job.
Now the Roadster has the same bright, safe turn signals as the pickup. EXCELLENT PRODUCT if you can stand LED lights on your antique vechile!!! My only complaint is that I am used to the little toggle switch on the five-year-old controller in the truck. The little push buttons on the new version kind of rub my fur backwards.

MAG, Red is to the stop light sw. Again I assumed(I know) That it attached to the rearmost screw on the switch, again it's a late 31, I couldn't discern color of wire, maybe I hooked to wrong post which would explain the problem, will ck. Thank you.
