The tabs are not present in the Ford prints. When we see this we base the dimension and placement on the OEM radiators we have. If they are too tight they can be opened with pliers.

I talked to Berg's at Hershey last year about putting a new core on my old 28 tanks. He was not interested. His is busy enough with what he has. Unfortunate that he won't.
