Ive got a nice 30-31 panel ,but I dont know the difference of a late one ,got a pic?

according to the judging standards: "May of 31 through end of production-The panel had a distinct line around the ribbed area"etc.

Have you tried craig riker in toledo?Plates them

I'd not heard of him, anyway the one I've got is not worth re-plating.
I might be in need of a plater at some point however so thanks for the info.

He sells them outright. He does show quality and is reasonae...if there is such a thing anymore!He is a nationwide insurance person on toledo so easy to find
