We are staying over in Gadsden, AL tonight, our last night on the road. We are just under 12,000 miles for the entire trip from Atlanta to Alaska and the Arctic Circle then back. 17 states, 3 Providences, 2 countries.

If you have not looked at our blog take a look. We have had over 11,000 hits from 12 countries in 43 days.

It has been a great adventure and would do it all over again if the opportinity came up. If anyone has any specific questions or are planning a similar trip we would be glad to share our exposure with you. Drop us an e-mail at besch105@comcast.net

It was great to be along with y'all on your trip thru Terri's blog. It was even greater to meet y'all in person and host y'all at the Midnight Sun Summer Solstace Rumble at Mirror Lake when y'all were here in Alaska. Your trip/visit was one of the highlights of the past month reported at tonight's AACA meeting here.

I see that y'all are spending your last night on the road in the hometown of my good friend: Dr. David Burton. If you have any eye problems while there, he can fix you up. ;)

Y'all don't think that is how we all talk down here do Y'all? Bless your hearts, that's like saying Y'all in Alaska are all from somewhere else like Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas or Oklahoma. We all know that 61.3% of non native born Alaskans were really born in one of those four states....ya'll. Where were ya'll born Carl honey?

Waco Texas -- a really long time ago

Now, Y'all all quit teasing!

Glad you had a safe and enjoyable trip. We just got back from a trip to Big Fork Montana-Glacier Park. 4,000 miles. No trouble and lots of fun, smiles, and good Model A stories from the people we met.I was surprised how well my Tudor climbed MacDonald's pass in Helena. 63000 ft. used 3rd gear wide open and could maintain 40-45 with out lugging.

A's are great,John

63000 ft. ?? do you mean 6,300 feet ? I don't recall anything over 12,300 on the trip. You are correct they climb well. My partner had 3:27 read gears and I have 3:54 I did better than him on some hills but was impressed as to just how well his put out.

Great trip Guys as I said in our private email. WELL DONE... Well now lets see, if ya'll means GA, then OILEARL must mean TX??? Alabamian who spent a lot of good years in TEXAS...

Try typing www. in front of the link given ... some times this helps.

Not sure why but some browsers need the www.
