i have a 54 victoria (canadian)with king pins
the car drove great until i shimed up the left coil 1 1\2" , now it pulls to the right like crazy
i tried adjusting the toe with no luck
any idea's

You shimmed the coil? Seriously?
Um, that is NOT a proper nor safe repair. If the coils are that worn out (tired) you need to replace them.
You asked for any ideas. Well, the "pulls like crazy" started after your rigging so we do know precisely what caused the pulling...
 
left side was way down with week spring , so i leveled the car
i've done alignment on my 55 crown and my 66 mopars with old school snap on alignment tool never king pin
 
i only use the flat head to get the cows and pick up the mail
this car brings back good memories
grand father had 52 ford 4dr one and only car all the rest trucks in his life time
cousin had 53 sedan 2dr ;skirts ,whip antena , black lights, real babe magnet !!
he would leave his keys in it when he worked in the bush with my dad, i would go for joy rides. i was 5 yrs old
