Just a simple "good day"

I learned something new from a "brand x" friend that could work on our old Fords. He was trying to track down the source of an oil leak. He hooked a vacuum pump to the breather and plugged all the vents in the valve covers (front of the pan for most flatheads) and went around all the gaskets listening for a leak and probing with a feeler gauge. As he found the areas that could leak, using a tube of black gasket maker, let it suck the sealer in and in a short time had all (3) places it could leak sealed up.

There is something to be said about living life with a grateful heart. God has blessed us with a wonderful hobby and equally wonderful friendships. Thank you Kube for the reminder.

I also want to Thank all hands on here for the help in the past with my 40, love Kube's 40 book, nice to know details about the 40's.

Good day! I have learned a lot on this form. Some great guys here.

You've learned a lot? Heck, you are one of the guys I am appreciative of. I always read your posts and perhaps nine times out of ten, I learn something.

Good day to all on the forum. I have learned so much from the discussions here and welcome the opportunity to share with others.

Thanks, and right back at you! It is so easy to never take the time to appreciate the beauty, friendships and overall blessings in our lives . . . and the Barn is one of them.

Mike (kube) you are a great resource here. Top notch vehicles as close to original as possible. Your builds are epic. So many great individuals out there in the world. A ton are here.

Salute to all Barners. Most helpful to me always!!
I'm grounded until I get both eyes thru catarac surgery. Mid May for the right eye. No car work for 3 weeks after the second eye is fixed. I have macular degeration in my right eye and busted my latestest two pair of glasses so I CSS. Typing is a challenge.
