Juice brakes on a 33 Ford PU

I am thinking of changing to Hydraulic Brakes to 40-48 Ford on my 33 1/2 Ton PU truck. I understand there is a kit to adapt the fronts but are any other modifications required , i.e. different bearings. I do not notice a kit for the rear. Does it just bolt on. Is there a kit that anyone is aware of to use my current brake petal and hook up a Master Cyclinder ? Thanks for any help on this

The kits are just bolt ons and very easy to put on. I think the hardest part is getting all the parts at the same place and time. I would give Richard (EV8G) on the barn here a shout. He puts together a great kit and I have had a number of his kits and its easy.
