Yesterday John Kandl passed. For us in the GWC chapter that is two wonderful men gone: Chuck Shaw and John on the same day. John was a Model A guy but had the knowledge and could fix most anything. Many of you knew John and his famous deviled eggs at Rainmaker Ron's chili cook off at Hershey. John was my booth partner at Hershey in the Orange field. I recently saw him and he look better than he had in years. He had lost weight and his auction business was going well. We are struggling with our losses.

I'm sure sorry to hear this. I remember how good John's deviled eggs were. I also wasn't aware of Chuck Shaw's passing. It certainly is a big loss and both will be dearly missed.
 
rip. Sounds like we lost to great figures of the hobby. I didn't know either. but it sounds like they both will be missed.
