I receved great service from Doug at Joe Smiths today ,I just needed a small $10.00 Part Yet I receved great customer service. I haven't had that in a while. $10.00 dollars spent and I got great service and a smile to boot..:cool: John Mullen/johnrodz
 
I agree John. I've called about parts they didn't think they had but would take a second look and give me a call back. Didn't have the parts, but I really did appreciate they took the time to look and made the call.

I was suprised at how well the place was stocked .Doug took me back in the parts area and went right to the parts I needed even as small as they werehe knew just where they were
 
I just bought a '32 Chassis and 8BA block from Doug. The (cross country) transaction couldn't have gone smoother and he even went out of his way to have someone open his shop to meet the transport driver while Doug & crew were at the Charlotte swap meet. Guess who I'll be buying more parts from?
