Ford 200.5cu.in , 3 7/8" bore to 4 1/4" stroke , 4.22 to 1 compression ratio
compared to
Willys 134.2cu.in , 3 1/8" bore to 4 3/8" stroke , 6.48 to 1 compression ratio
factor in the size of your wheel, the weight of the vehicle the gear ratio, your intended use the speed you hope to travel compounded by the time you plan to build on that.
85930tudor stated the possibility.
your heavy Ford flywheel will allow you to "ford it" while a low gear Willys Jeep design will climb through about anything.
i put an overdrive to my T-90/D18 in the willys jeep 134L , 50 mph is fast enough .
Ford did build some of these also and that is a desired item just as that correct motor you should be seeking for that car.
