I'm interested in an effective quick jack for 28 roadster . any suggestions ? also wheres the best place on each wheel to jack it up if theres a flat ? theres no room to store one ? thanks john

A good bottle jack will do the job and should store under the seat on coupes.

Put the jack under the axle, not under the wheel.

modern vehicle scissor jacks work and are relatively compact and usually $5 at the junkyard. - and you dont have to worry about the jack leaking oil out like a hydraulic one.

I think the key word here is "Good". I've had bottle jacks rattling around in my cars for years with no problems...
