It won't start 1953 F250 ford

Hey guys I need help !!!! getting cold up here I need to change anti-freeze., But my truck work fire up, (won't start)what should I look for any help much appreciated.
I have V8 239 cu. 6 volt battery

PS> It turns over but won't fire, it has a pull choke I try full choke, half choke, no choke. were in the 40's now

If turning over do you have spark at plugs?
Are you getting fuel through the carb?

Try some starter fluid and see if you can get it to fire. That will tell you if you have fire to the plugs.
