Well after owning the car for 2 years and owning this current (used off eBay) engine for over a year; it is in the car and running.

Sorry for the long video. The smoke is from the Marvels oil I put in the cylinders about 6 months ago.
I had driven the bottom lead plug in the tillotson carb too far and it was restricting fuel for the jet. I fixed that and adjusted the timing spot on and it now runs great (not like the vid). I should have listened to the wisdom of the barn. I also installed Float-A-Motor mounts and with my loose frontend, when the front shimmys abit the whole engine starts a floppin' so I ordered the front end parts and new rubber for the original mounts. Also clutch chatter in first. Lesson learned.
