Ol' Ron Well-known member Dec 19, 2023 #22 The vacuum you need for the Chevy distributor comes from the intake manufold same as the early flathead. Gramps PS you can also get different Vacuum moduals for the distributor. I use the 8 deg one and about 20 deg machanical. Good place to start.
