Is your "A" invisible?

Having had defensive and pursuit driving, I learned that it is not only wise to watch the car at the intersection, but also to watch the driver's head and when close enough, watch their eyes. It can save your car and even your life.

Pretty hard to do when they are on their "danged" cellphone.

Also installed one of those "Back-Up Alarms" on my motorhome like the dump trucks have. Wish I could find one for the model 'A. Easy to hook up too.......

You have my prayers too Chris.

My son is laying in a convalescent hospital in a vegetative state. Why? Because a 24 year old girl "assumed" there was no motorcycle behind the car the just cleared the intersection and made a left turn in front of him.

Chris:
I'm very sorry to hear that. You and the rest of your son's family will be in my prayers as well.

My heart goes out to you and your family, Chris. I lost my best buddy to a motorcycle accident 40 years ago, and my heart sinks everytime my son talks about taking his bike out for a ride.

Iv got an old pan head with a springer front end one day I was going down a road the speed limit is 45 i was going 50 in the opposite direction lane was a box truck stuck in traffic going the other direction all of a sudden an work van just pulls out front behind the box truck his was 15 -20 foot tops in front of me I had to jump the curb and ride the sidewalk to avoid him missed him by 2 feet or so made some kids on bicyclels on the same sidewalk **** themselves though lol.people are air heads. (Chris) it kills me to hear about someones life being so seriously changed because of an irresponsible idiot I hope he recovers. I had who friends riding a few years ago side by side in the same lane in Nh when some one pulled a u turn in front of both of them one of my buddies died the other was in vegetative sate for about 8 mouths he came out and made a complete recovery. have faith and i hope all gets better.

There is always hope!

I know guy who was in an airplane crash in Vietnam. He was hurt very badly and unconscious. They worked on him for awhile until the Colonel finally said "He is gone ... just let him die".

After a heated exchange with the Colonel one of the nurses went crazy ... Said F%#k you Sir and kept working. Others joined in and saved him.

He said he wishes he could have thanked that nurse but never had a chance. He said that he heard EVERYTHING that was going on until they put him under for the operation ... including what the Colonel said!
