I would say YES, it looks fairly solid to me and would be a great start for a Depot Hack or a Station Wagon. If you don't want it, see if you can re-cycle or trade it with a friend for something you do want!

Somebody somewhere is wanting that Cowl. I have sold them in worse shape with the Wind Shield Stanchions even Cut Off, for over $100. Put it on E-bay, start it Low, have local pick-up don't ship it.

With the amount of rust on it, store it out back on a Pallet covered up. Look at my Avatar some one could use it as the Start of a Huckster......

The cowl you have there, is for a 28/29 60A/B/C Briggs. I have an early 28 Briggs cowl with the side vent. If you measure the cowl you have there, you will find that it is about 1 1/2" wider from the firewall to the door post than the standard Tudor for example

not to change the subject , but hot rodders love buying just that ! ... steve

I had 5 cowl i took to the moultrie swap meet , sold 2 before i could unload them. sold the other the next day .$200.00 each,I would sale it . GOD BLESS

I have seen much worse brought back. try to sell it.
even if you have to give it away, that's better than junking it..........

Absolutely must save. That is my cowl and I know from experience those parts are not repoed. Even those fuel tank brackets are priceless. You will notice they are already formed for the cowl light mounting.

As a matter of interest only question, allways hear story,s that the gas tanks from a fordor are real good because they are protected by the cowl, so how was this one ?

Ebay...
"all the hard work's been done"
Be sure to primer it first (gray brings the highest funds) and state you haven't had time to check it out fully.
