Is this a salesman sample ?

Worm is from a Saginaw steering, I think. Has to be samples as everything is for different applications, and the steering part is really odd...I wonder if someone was selling rebuilt ones with new balls exchange or something??
Rods are most distinctive thing...slide 'em out and see what is forged on them! I kinda think upper right one is flathead v8.

Yes you are correct I have one and need a upper bearing race. The only place to get is in Canada.

Look close at the small end of the rods---built as you would find in a steam engine. The end is just like the end of a round shaft that would insert in a "mid coupling". In a steam engine the rod osolates as per the crank but from the mid-coupling to the piston it travels straight back & forth on a slide track with a 'slide-guide' holding it in place, a straight path, back & forth. The "kit" shows three entirely different pistons which would suggest a repair package for different engines.

I went to the auction site and they obviously don't know what they’re advertising. Here is an excerpt.

Those are the two wrist pins and the small end of the rod can't be seen as it's inside the pouch. One wrist pin is missing.

To Mr. ctlikon0712 Sorry we can't all be perfect and know everything. If you read the bill there is a note at the bottom of the bill about the head being a 6 cyl. Did not mean to waste your time. Just thought some cool stuff others may like.

Hey Mr. Mopar I don't know everything either. I just know how to count spark plug holes.... and half of a V8 don't make 6. Other than that is was an interesting site. I didn't mean to ruffle anyone’s feathers.
