Is this a puller for T's ?

This tool came with a bunch of T tools and parts, but I cant pin down what it is.

Part numbers are hard to read but look like

T116

and

T115-A

but neither of those come up in my research

so , either I cant read them correctly or it isn't a T tool.

Or my research skills suck

can anyone help here?

If it is a tool for T's, I suspect it could be used for spinning the crankshaft from the transmission side. The flange on the crank has holes for dowel pins which look like they might line up with forks on the tool. Just a hunch. John
