Is this a 1932 Ford horn with wrong mount?

Excuse me for bringing up the subject, but while looking at two old photographs of 1932 Ford, I realized that one had the Horn mounted under the headlight and the other on the lower part of the fender with two different brackets. The connections also come out of the grille at different heights. I still haven’t understood what its differences are and why. Model B vs V8 ? The heat of summer must make me a bit more stupid.

Only the trucks or commercial vehicles had the horn mounted under the left head light. Pass cars were all mounted on a bracket on the frame through the fender
