Is the 51 pickup jack same as the car jack?

We have a member in the swap meet section selling a 49-51 car jack. I'm needing a jack for the 51 pickup, however don't know if they're the same.

Not the same. Trucks use a screw or bottle jack. Mounts right under the filler neck for the gas tank, to the floor with a thumb screw. There is a hole in the base of the jack for this. They can be tough to find, but a jack from a 83-96 Ford Ranger is virtually identical. The 48-52 trucks used a folding handle to crank up the jack. Ford was still selling this handle up until a few years ago.
The car jack was a bumper jack, I believe. The truck jack went under the front or rear axles.

The jack folding handle was the same as a Ford C-series cabover truck. They built those from 57-early 90's. Plenty of those trucks still around and in junkyards.

Found a nice Ranger jack that'll do the job just fine and now on the hunt for one of the folding handles.
