Is my battery reversed??

I have my headlamps on as we speak...looking to recharge with correct polarity.

Those batteries are supposed to be connected in parallel to charge a dead one with the help of a good one.

Depends ifn it's a 6 volt or 12 volt charger.
 
How does the OPTIMA Battery read?
It should never have been subjected to reversed current UNLESS your alternator is positive ground.
