You may remove and install the entire assembly in whole. I have done it numerous times. In fact - just the other day.
Rolled lip? Wrong side of frame.
Trick? No trick... in fact a pain in the butt each time. However, it can be done.Kube, what is the trick then
Yes the rolled lip is on the inside of the frame. It can interfere with installing the pedals if the floorboards are in the car. That's why I said to remove the brake pedal so it doesn't catch on the inside rolled lip.
Hmmm... I did not realize the cab is sitting directly on the rails. I am betting that will make the installation impossible. Even with the cab sitting properly, it is a challenge. A doable challenge indeed but still, a challenge.JT, I have not installed the wood below the cab, this will make a clearance issue I'm sure. It is just sitting on the frame rail now. I appreciate the help. I have the wood just need to install it. Work in progress.
Thanks to all for any help or suggestions.
