Installing Headliner 56 post coupe?

Help- Do I need to remove the rear glass on my 56 Fairlane 2 door post car to install my new headliner or is there a good shortcut?? It has the rubber weather strip around the glass. thank you.

To do it correctly you need to remove the glass front and rear,
