do you have the metal check arms in the door? I have been searching for this rattle I thought was in the gas tank. It was the arms rubbing on the metal. The Rubber bumper was like old/hard and the Door check arm pads were gone. bouncing on the door. Transferring the noise. Fixed!! Just a thought.
