info on spotlight install

I have a mobillite wanting to install on my 31 pickup first is there a left and right?now any tips on mounting,my outside mounting brkt has a slight slant,should that be flat,mine does not have the switch but bought a mobillite for parts that has switch haven't received yet

I ended up making a small nylon spacer to make the clamp match the angle of the car body on my 30 coupe..

BTW the spotlight I used is not a Unity/Ford...it was and is a Racine brand.

Finding a replacement/repo correct bracket for your body style will set you back at least $65 if you can find one.
