How do I remove the seat in a 1940 standard business coupe?

One seat. The Back of the seat lifts up and latches into the up position.

There are 4 bolts that attach the seat bracket to the floor - 2 on each side. The bolts are just inside the seat side panel. Remove these bolts and seat will come out.
