just a side note...
this is one area where 3d-printing can actually come in very useful. If you really have no option and cannot get a real-metal part, i am sure you can 3d print it out of thermoplast material and it'll work. maybe make it a bit beefier.

We had a patterns made , & are cast locally, heat treated alloy , for the rhd bracket , The rhd short pitman arm is made off shore .
