Our club, the Colonial Virginia Model A Ford Club, had its cars featured at the local cruise-in this past Saturday. The Model A's were there as part of International Model A Day.
We had 16 cars on display. As usual a collection of Model A Fords draws a crowd.
Several members have developed pictorial displays to show folks that we drive and tour with the cars. Member's cars are used for more than just a once or twice a month jaunt to the local DQ.
Our 1931 Briggs SW Sedan also celebrated its 80th Birthday complete with cake, party hats, and birthday balloon. The car's birthday cake caught the attention of the folks attending the cruise-in. Since the Sedan has been in the family for 78 or its 80 years a Birthday celebration was in order.
