Ignition Points Part Number

Hi Aers,
Hoping to get my "A" out of a 9 year sleep. After replacing it's pop-up, I find that it only coughs but will not start. I suspect that the points are tarnished over due to age. Does NAPA sell points for the Model A engine? If so, does anyone have a part number?
Thanks,
Bruce/CT

All you need to do is clean the points that are in there. A few strokes with a points file, or with sandpaper will have it going in less time than changing points, and at no cost.

For points and condenser, I believe only specialists have B parts. They seem to be back in production, but I have not ordered or examined any new ones. For quite a while only NOS/NORS ones were around.
NAPA/Echlin and Standard dropped them a long time ago.
I hope someone here either proves me wrong and finds a good quality parts company making them or has discovered that the ones now being made are good quality!
I noticed that they were scarce and expensive a few years ago, and went hunting at Hershey. I discovered a bunch of dealers who had gas station type selections of elderly points with no catalogs and no idea what the parts in the dusty boxes fit, and a bit of rimmaging got me 5 or 6 B sets from a number of vendors very cheaply.
The look is distinctive enough to separate them from common Autolite types that are similar, and I was greatly aided by part numbers like FO-2!
