Hoping someone can direct me with some advice on how to replace a 34 ford ignition lock cyclinder. The steering column is complete and I dont want to butcher anything trying to figure how to pull out the cylinder. I havent come across any articles on how to do this so I thought I would ask for help. Much appreciated if anyone can help with some advice, an article, a how to, photos or other help!

Also where can I buy a replacement cylinder and keys?

Do a serach. I asked the same question about a Model A, and the response was great with pictures. You are not the first one to ask this. Usually you need the key to turn the lock cylinder, and then depress a small button. No key, take it to lock smith, and old time locksmith.

Send a pm to Don Rogers or Flatheadfan and ask them for a copy of their written instrctions. If you do a search you should find Don's attached to a previous post. Flatheadfan usually pm's or emails his instructions upon request. Care and patience are your friends when it comes to taking these column drops apart.
