Identify this backing plate please

I'm trying to identify by Ford part number this rear backing plate. It has the Ford script in the casting and "KLR" in the casting, but no part no. that I can find. It appears to be a Lockheed style '39-41 based on everything except the bottom pivot pins, which are fixed. All of the info I can find about these brakes shows the bottom pivots as adjustable cams, rather than fixed. The bottom pins appear to be factory installed. The pins have washers that are elongated and appear to allow the bottom of the brake shoe to slide just a little on the pivot. Any info would be appreciated.

by googling this: "1941 ford rear brake backing plate part number"....

i got this: "The Ford base part number for a 1941 rear brake backing plate is 2211 (Right side) and 2212 (Left side). The full factory prefix for 1941 passenger cars and half-ton trucks is 11A-2211 (Right) and 11A-2212".

i recently purchased a used one on E-bay for the left rear of my 1941 super deluxe. it was an exact match with the right rear. and the bottom adjusters were/are clearly adjustable, but barely. getting them fitted to the shoes and backing plate on re-assembly was a real PITA. IMO, they were/are pretty much useless, so it wouldn't surprise me if at some time, Ford thought as much themselves and simply riveted the posts to the plate, as shown in the OP's photos.

googling: "when did ford dispense with the lower two adjustable posts for their rear backing plates" might provide some insight when this occurred.

Note the brass parts should be removable. Be careful they might fall off if you don't realise. Likewise they need to be loosened off if they are stuck on. They need to be a sliding fit in the elongated holes in the shoes.
