I'll toss out Hupp-20 from around 1914, but it's a bit of a WAG... The AACA forum is a good place to ask.

Posted the photo on the AACA site. They are very sure it is not a Hupp 20 from 1914, nothing definite yet. Thanks Guys!

Not 100% sure, but as suggested, a Hupmobile or maybe an Overland.
Certainly not a Mercer.
