First thing that came to my mind...top hose support! Coop/AMERICAN

Yes, also a 39 part, as the repro have 91A part # (that doesn't belong) on the hose. Lacquer thinner quickly removes the orange ink. The square holes for the "signode" type metal strap was throwing me.

The original photo gave the appearance that the piece was round and hollow.

More photos of its shape would have helped.

Radiator support makes sense.
