I Think I Need Help

I must be doing something wrong. I sent my '39 Ford shocks to Bill last August for a rebuild. Since then, I have been unable to contact him. I have left several phone messages (yes I did talk slowly when giving a call back number) and two PM's here. All I can think of is that my computer skills and/or phone skills are lacking. Hints would be appreciated.

I have sent 3 pm's in the last 2 weeks with no response from you.
I know I should have persued it more but I will take full blame for not following through .

Thanks for getting back to me. I sent an E-Mail, but it is from my wife's address so I hope it is not too confusing.
